These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated under the domain crartrask.cfd (the “Site”) and the educational materials made available through it. The Site is operated by ZEI Beheer B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Kelvinstraat 39, 6601 HH Wijchen, Netherlands (the “Operator”).

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

Where practice materials are made available following correspondence, they are for personal, non-commercial educational use. The Operator may refuse or cancel access in cases of misuse. Any fee or refund arrangement, if applicable, will be stated in writing at the time of access.

While the Operator endeavours to present accurate educational material, the content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information or from practice based on the materials.

5. Acceptable use
